Attached is the letter from DEQ. I am unpleased with how they reported the incident. See attached.
When I called on Monday the 11th, I stated the City had an over flow of about 1000 gal from what Jason estimated. I did not say specifically that the overflow did not reach Bear Creek, just that we had an overflow and I would be following up with a report with more details. That was an assumption that David Cole made, which everyone listened to the message on Tuesday.
Very Frustrating.
