I am looking at Oregon OSHA and looks like we may need to have training before we can use scaffolding and fall protection is required at levels higher than 10 feet. So I will look online to see if I can find some training information. I will get back to you on this.

Jennifer,
I would like to rent (2) sections of scaffolding totaling 10ft high so that Jeff and myself can cut up the old Alum tank in the back room, I checked around and we can rent some at Pioneer Rental in Oregon City 503-656-1401. The price is $130.00 a week which would be plenty of time. However, since it is a rental place I think we would have to put it on a credit card. If this is something we could do let me know and we can arrange to pick it up.
