I have a few more questions…. Shall I list you Jennifer as the contact person? And, can we E-mail permits? Do you require sketches to be kept at an 11 X 17 size or smaller?

Thanks,

Jennifer

Subject: RE: ROW Permits

Hi Jennifer,

Just to make a clarification. All work in the City ROW requires a Permit to be issued from the City. If work is being done on easement with a private property owner, the City does not require a permit unless there is more than 50 c.y. of disturbance of soil. In that case, a grading permit will be required, which is typically issued to the property owner.

Clackamas Co. is still contracted with the City for all building permits. So if it applies, there may be times where you would still need to have a building permit issued to you in the City through the Clackamas County.

Please see my comments regarding your Permit Folder question below.

Subject: ROW Permits

Hi Jennifer,

Terry Smith, our Field Tech, forwarded your info to me today. He said you will be the contact person who will receive permits and he provided your ROW permit application. We previously were not required to permit to your jurisdiction. Instead, we permitted to Clackamas County if needed.

Could you please tell me if we need to permit for both mains and services? Below is what we currently have in our Permit Folder for your jurisdiction. We can update that accordingly.

Thanks,

Jennifer Wood
