Please submit the Clackamas County ROW/Utility Permit to us. We are currently using CC permit form until we are able to develop one for the city, however we do not have a permit fee at this time. Please find the permit at the following link:

This is Joyce at Rescue Rooter. We have a sewer replacement job that needs to be started in Molalla at 104 Toliver Rd.
We will need to work in the Right of Way. We thought a Clackamas County ROW permit would be the way we needed
To go, HOWEVER, they believe this section of the road belongs to you. Could you please let me know my next step
In the process to get this project ready to start. You can contract me Wednesday or Friday this week between 8:00-5:00 pm
