Hi Jeff,

In regards to your questions,

1) Yes since the contract estimated is over $50K, the state requires municipalities to pay prevailing wages.

2) Yes, inquiring about the Molalla City Business License. My answer was you must be licensed and bonded by the state to perform the services outlined in the RFP and a City Business Licensed must be obtained if selected for the contract. I will post Q&A on both today.

Does that address your questions?

Subject: RFP CCTV Sanitary Sewer Question

Good Morning,

I am preparing a response to the RFP the City of Molalla has posted and I have two questions.

1) Is the City requiring prevailing wages for this project?

2) Has there been any Q & A or addendums posted regarding this project?

Thank you for your time.

Regards,
