Here’s the final draft with your recommended changes included. I had to extend the date due to the fact we will not have a council meeting on the 23rd to approve the proposal for contract. The next council meeting is Oct 14th so I pushed the due date to Oct 6th.
I saw your email come in late today regarding I/I plan updates and will take a look at that tomorrow morning.

1. ProPipe (based out of Southern California but has a local operation here)
2. AIMS/PVIC (based out of Phoenix but has a local operation here)
3. C-More Pipe (based out of Rickreal, OR)
4. TSR Corporation (based out of Portland, great quality but small firm doing a ton of work for the City of Portland)
