Hi Jake,  I have revised the offer

letter to accurately reflect your salary.  And yes, the 8% Certificate Pay is in addition to your base monthly salary and is added per pay period and fluctuates with hours worked.  As for your questions regarding health insurance coverage.  Health insurance will be available November 1st as outlined in the teamsters contract.   An employee becomes eligible for health coverage once a minimum 120 hours in a calendar month is earned.  Dental coverage is delayed 3 months for our Plan 6.
