No you do not, S. Fryer Park Rd is outside the City limits. However, we do have a waterline that parallels the road.

Subject: Repair Conduit
Good Morning Jennifer,
We have a 4” Conduit that we need to repair that is just east of Mathias Rd on S. Feyrer Park Rd.
In order to do this we will need to do a Saw cut on the road; make the necessary repairs and then close up the Road which will include patching the road.
Do I need to submit a permit request for this work?
I have attached a PDF showing the work we will be performing.
