Thank you very much for your prompt review and approval of our project. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the assistance you have provided me on this matter. This email will confirm that I am in receipt of your verbal approval via your voice mail to me. I have included that voice mail for the benefit of Jennifer Cline at the City of Molalla as an attachment so that she can listen to it as well. Pete would it be possible for you to “Reply All” to this email and verify our project is approved in case Jennifer needs something in writing. This if you could next week, provide your formal or customary approval. I can pick that up and deliver to Jennifer as well next week.
