That email correspondence is attached, indicating “Ok, with that said I have added 2% for City project advertisement and administrative costs. We typically post our plans online and do not incur much costs for printing and ect.” There were no attachments in that email that show 2% increase for administration. After further review of your original cost estimate submitted in March, I see that you had estimated 25% of the construction cost for Project Administration. Unless you intended to add 2% to make it a total of 27% administration cost, I do not see the need to revise your cost estimate at this time. Please reply all ASAP if you feel the need to change this application cost estimate; otherwise, we’ll assume your application is complete and will move forward as-is. For reference, I have attached the accepted cost estimates from the March submission.
