After speaking with Dennis, he confirmed that the 36” does function, and believes further down it connects with 48”.
Can the 30” connect to the 36” manhole? Or both with an overflow for high flows?

The 36” concrete storm pipe in Heintz, is that active? It hasn’t been on my radar until now for problems. Crossing over the top of it with a new 30” pipe is somewhat problematic with grades. Before I get creative, thought I would ask. Thanks.
