I have no issue with just having an ODOT permit. No inspections will be required on behalf of the City ethier.

Subject: Question regarding permiting
Jennifer,
I have a job for a Transformer replacement that will require the a require flagging at the address of 703 e main st. I know if I occupy the ODOT with flaggers it will require a permit to be pulled. Since this in the city limits will this still be required to pull a permit with ODOT since I’m occupying the right away with flaggers?
