Can we figure out how to dial it down some, as you may have noticed its high powered at the moment and splashes outside of the bowl everywhere. Could be a health and slip hazard.

Yes, Garrett had turned them up last. No one has adjusted them recently to my knowledge.

Subject: Question for City Hall

Hi!

Ok, I know in years passed we were able to turn the flush on the toilets up or down with a screwdriver. Do you know if we can do that with the current one installed in our ladies room? I figured I would try you first before calling a plumber to save some cost.

Thanks,

Sadie
