Either way we would own the meter as long as its set ‘at the property lines’. Anything farther away than ‘at’ the line would be a violation.

I want to confirm that stipulations have not been put into place for meter base locations on the front of facilities down main street in Molalla? Reason I ask this question I have a customer at the address 190 West Main Street that would like to move the meter base to the outside of the building.
