Subject: RE: Question -- storm water retention .. Finneys Landing subdivision 5S 2E 09CA

Importance: Normal

Hi Carol,

Since the City does not maintain the storm system, I have no knowledge on the functionality of the private storm system on the private home property’s in Finney’s Landing development. Although no issues have been brought to my attention in regards to the system either.

I was not here with the City when the system was designed, so I cannot comment on the possibly that there could be an issue in the future.

Best Regards,

Subject: Question -- storm water retention .. Finneys Landing subdivision 5S 2E 09CA

HI Jennifer -- asking if City has any concerns or questions on the storm water retention system that was installed when this subdivision approved/platted. I have a client who is purchasing a home in this subdivision, one which has a portion of the storrm water retention area in its backyard. The HOA feels that all is in good condition, and asking for any additional information from Public Works.

THANKS for your time.

Carol
