We own and maintain the two (2) storm basins [Tracks ‘B’ & ‘K’] and (1) empty lot for future park [Track ‘D’] only. The City does not maintain the remaining wetland areas, these are shared residential ownership areas managed by Lexington Estates HOA. The HOA should be managing these shared areas. HOA contact is in the attached email

Hi Carol,

This is a good question. I can double check with Jennifer assuming she is back in tomorrow (out sick today with migraines), but the city does not maintain this property. As a matter of fact we looked into this a few months back and found the HOA document that designated responsibilities for maintenance (HOA responsibility). Perhaps Jennifer could recall the contact person because I remember us finding one, but it escapes me at the moment.

On a side note, any movement on the acquisition process with Karl?

Subject: Question .. Common Areas of Lexington Estates

Hi Nicolas & Jennifer

Do either of you know if "city" handles maintenance of the common areas of Lexington Estates? There are several common areas .. indicated as "wetlands" .. and title company states the Home Owners Association was dissolved in 2009.

I am working with out of State owner, and their residence has a 1.96 acre parcel (tax parcel 05012491 // 5S 2E 05DD 09100) designated as " common area (wetlands)" on the map -- so asking if City knows who maintains, etc.

THANKS for your help.

Carol
