Sorry I missed the attachment. There are a few edits that should be made for clarification. I will try to work on this ASAP.

Also the last paragraph reads a little like I blaming people. I don't want it to come across that way. It's a process of education that the City needs to work towards as well. The overall take away is I don't believe people realize the impacts of pharmaceuticals cleaning products, wipes and other personal products on wastewater systems. I believe education is key and when given a choice most folks will try to help.

I don't have Internet or a computer at home. I will try to make a few edits on my phone and get it back to you.
