Jenn, we are requesting a purchase approval to buy a dock plate. When we take deliveries at the loading dock our dock is slightly higher than the truck trailers so we have been using a piece of steel to run the pallet jack from the truck to the dock. The steel has become bent and is no longer safe to use. We can order a dock plate from grainger for $512 – government discount. We should be able to take this from our building maintenance line item . I have attached the link for your review. Let me know thanks.
