Attached is our proposal to assist with your water right certification including claim of beneficial use (COBU) and proof map preparation. Please return two copies of signed agreement and we will sign and return one to you. If you need different format / etc, please coordinate with Habib Matin (copied here) for contracting details / setup.
FYI Gerry Clark at OWRD replied this am with fully legible copies of the permit plus the Form-C certification of completion of construction and beneficial use of the water, so that need is now taken care of. After the contracting is taken care of, we will contact you about a kickoff meeting and to discuss some details of your water right certificate(s) and permit(s).
Phil Pommier (copied here) will be your primary day to day contact; I will be supporting his work as needed. I will be out of the office but have some email access the next two weeks. Please feel free to communicate with Habib Matin our team lead or with Phil to get this work underway.
