We own a strip that is a part of the adult center parking lot, Taxlot #: 52E09CB07702. However, the tree is clearly on the Molalla Properties LLC, which is private.

However the 220 N Molalla Ave. is shown as green, public property, and the Taxlot #: 52E09CB07702 is not shown as green and should be.

I went out and took some points in line with the tree this morning (see attached). The tree in question is between these two points.

As shown, my tree points are squarely on taxlot 52E09CB07700, which is privately owned. I am hearing of a “strip of property” that we do own. Where are you seeing that?
