Subject: Project Delivery Group Reference Checks
The City of Salem is compiling a list of consultants to be used on an on-call Consultant Of Record basis. You have been listed as a reference for Project Delivery Group, LLC in their proposal. As a reference, would you please respond to me concerning the following questions? All responses will be kept confidential.
1. How long have you / your City / firm had a business relationship with PDG?
Began talking with Gerald Fisher at PDG around December 2014 when the City went out to secure a engineering firm for our UR projects. We did not select them at that time, but stayed in close contact with Gerald. The City went out a again for a new engineer of record, selected PDG and have had an active contract with them since December 2015.
2. Have they always been responsive and on time with your requests and their deliverables? Yes
3. How do you rate the quality of their work? I can only speak to Gerald Fishers and Lee Brennan’s work. Very thorough and high quality.
4. Would you hire this consulting firm back, and why? Yes, still maintaining the group as an engineer of record.
