Don’t let them be pushy. I know you want to please, but we are all busy and the more meetings piled on top of meetings means we are not getting our work done for those who went through the process accordingly. Its ok to say no. J

Gerald and Jen,
I’ve received a request from AKS engineering regarding development of the parcels indicated in the attached tax lot, & they would like to schedule a pre-application, issue is they want to schedule it next week. I told him that it isn’t typical and that we require 2 weeks lead time, but that I would at least ask to see if you two were available sometime next week perhaps later in the week. My understanding is that the two-week lead time wouldn’t work for their client. We could charge extra for the Pre-App perhaps? I’m relatively free but understand your schedules are time-sensitive. They said they could get us a site plan and narrative by tomorrow.
