Hello again,
I hope you both had a relaxing memorial day weekend. I wanted to let you know that I have just been informed by our office manger that I have to make the kiosk purchase by June 5th. OSU’s end of the fiscal year, date for final online purchases was changed. I will also be out of town June 2nd-5th.
Given this new info, can you please let me know by this Friday if you are ok with adding an information kiosk at the beginning of the StoryWalk in Fox Park, Long Park and Ivor Davies and if you have a preference for which type of kiosk and if you prefer in-ground or above ground posts? Also would you like to move the last StoryWalk from the Byway to Clark Park?
Thanks so much for your time. I know this is a busy time of the year for you both. We really appreciate your partnership.

Subject: Please Respond! StoryWalk
Hi Dan and Jennifer,
Thanks so much for attending the first StoryWalk ribbon cutting ceremony. It was great to have you both there! I’ve attached a few photos you an use to promote the StoryWalk. Erin and I are working out a few of the kinks and we’ve decided to change a few things and wanted to get your input.
We have decided to reverse the order of the StoryWalk so it starts by the front door of the library and ends at NW dental. We will add a little plaque to the last post in Fox Park that indicates where the last post is located. We will put a page stand near the front door of the library instead of hanging the first page in the window. We would also like to add a post for an info kiosk that will hold a poster about the book and a map of the StoryWalk.
Is it ok to add two more holes for the first page stand, and for the info kiosk in front of the library? We were thinking they could go to the right of the front door. If yes, can you help us again with digging the two holes? And, which of these two kiosks would you prefer we use?
Our last question has to do with the StoryWalk that is slated for the BearCreek Byway area. We’ve heard the project is delayed, and we are thinking that maybe the StoryWalk would be better suited for another one of the city parks? Maybe Clark Park? Is there another location that you would be interested in having the 6th StoryWalk located in?
Please let me know about the kiosk choice as soon as possible. We have to make all of our purchases before June 15th for the grant.
Thanks so much for being such great partners!
