You may want to connect with these folks for a flume assembly for the Trout Creek measuring device. A seasonal measuring system can be installed using a Plasti-Fab Parshall or Cutback flume attached to the concrete apron below the existing bridge deck. Stream flow diversion timbers would need to be installed to direct the water to the flume entrance during low-flow periods.
Please let me know if you would like us to follow up with a design that will comply with OWRD requirements.
