Hi Ken,
Here are a couple mark ups on the Existing Conditions Plans. Let me know if you have any questions.
· A old irrigation box was missed, might want to ask Avison if it needs to be included
· The hydrant and double main connect does not show what was is currently in use. The old 6” AC is still looped in the system through the hydrant line but dead ends at the valve at Kennel.
· On a side note….There is a recommendation to not put an easement in place across Avison’s property for the water main. It is in failing status and there’s questions whether or not the line is even in service. I need to discuss this with Dan before we tell Avison whether or not we want to move forward on this.
