Hi Jeff,
We are at the tail end of the review and will have comments out to you hopefully by tomorrow.
Regarding the wetland impacts, we will need to see the following items prior to allowing any issue of building permits on the property
· Wetland Biologist Assessment report assessing wetland and buffer boundaries. Pacific Habitat Services is the firm who completed the original wetland report in the Molalla area. They may be able to help you with this service in a timely manner.
· Written confirmation from DSL and other possible regulatory agencies confirming the permitted infill and mitigation if required
· If you are able to avoid any impacts with design changes, an updated erosion control plan will need to be submitted showing how the buffer and wetland areas will be protected during the construction.

Thank you for the update, I have been out town and just got back to the office this morning.
I have attached a copy of the of the 1200-C Permit for Stone Place Phase 3. At this point, I have nothing to present to the city regarding wetlands documentation.

Also, I would like to see the following
· a copy of the wetland survey that was done or any documentation from any of the regulatory agencies, DSL or ect.
· a copy of the 1200-C permit for the current grading work on site. I could not find an electronic copy or scan of it
