Attachments: image001.png; image002.png; image003.png; image004.png; image005.png; Hi Chris, No we have made no changes to the dialing set up “like a 9 to get out” recently. I will look into the numbers tomorrow. Thanks, Jennifer Cline, P.E. I checked the numbers and tested both the primary and backup numbers: Primary: 18882870987 Backup: 5034436133 Both numbers answered with an automated “fax” style connection that should receive the info. Perhaps you should try those numbers from your office to see if they pick up as well. I know your phone connection on the panel is good because I was able to connect to it for the logs and info. Did you recently make any changes to your phone system to dial out like requiring a 9 on that phone line for the Bosch panel? I made sure the primary and backup numbers were set to rollover, so let me know if this persists. Thanks, Chris
