Hi Jason,

Rock is no longer with PGE, he retired at the end of last month. We have a new contact, Richard Mullenburg, 503-871-1218. He is Rock’s replacement, but may know nothing of the project.

Also, in the event of a major power outage the City does have precedence for having power restored over other grid areas. If for some reason I am not available, please call Andrew Schafer and let him know our power outage issues. Cell: 503-250-4854 to save.
