Hi Scott,

Since the patch work on Julie Ln for the storm water line repair was done by contract through the City and Hewlett Construction, I will address my concerns on this work with you directly. The patch work visually appears to be segregated and in spots edges are not flush with the existing pavement. My recommendation is to seal coat the patches to protect from unraveling and pot holes forming in the future. Photos are attached.

For the subdivision paving, I will be sending a letter to Stafford.

Thanks,

Jennifer Cline, P.E.

Hi

I wanted to see if you came up with a list on the paving issues or have you been in contact with Dave. I need to get something going with him to correct.

Thank you

Hi Scott,

Garrett expressed concern today regarding the paving quality. The compaction appeared to be good, but today I see some other quality issues so I’m having the Oregon City paving inspector come out next week if available. We will be looking at the quality of the joints, transitions and over mix placement to get his input. In addition we saw some unraveling at the joints and voids in the mat.
