We also had comments on Sheet 140, however it looks it did not come through on my previous scan. I have rescanned Sheet 140.
We have a concern with the elevation of the footings regarding scour. The bottom of the footing in the current design is only 1 foot below OHW elevation. Typically you would see the footing at a minimum 3 feet below the existing OHW to protect for scour . You may also consider some rock armoring to further protect from scour if needed. This is something that should be discussed with the geotech and possibly the bridge manufacturer as well.

Attached files are response from Evan Kristof of PSU regarding the path plans. Evan writes:
“I have made revisions to to path plan set to address Jennifer's comments. A clean set of revised drawings are included, as well as a mark-up of Jennifer's comments, showing which were addressed (and answering her questions).”
Evan also sent along a copy of the hydraulic report referenced in the plans (also attached).

Attached are comments for the path plans and structural bridge plans. Comments regarding the path are minor with exception to the orientation change for the north ADA dome pad.
There are also a few comments in regards to the footing depths and freeboard of the structure. Please address.
