I also do not know the wetland buffer rules set forth by DSL. We need to see an approval from DSL as well that the buffer mitigation is acceptable.

Jen,
I was planning on adding a condition of approval for this partition application regarding an easement for the storm water facility on-site. I wanted to make sure this is something the city desires for purposes of maintenance of the public storm system. It looks like an outlet from wetland CC9A that travels west to a north-south running drainage line. It is unclear whether or not the N-S running line is actually on their property or not, at least it’s not called out in their ‘existing conditions’ analysis.
