Subject: RE: PACIFIC FIBRE PROD. SHAVE AVE TRAFFIC PLAN FOR SEWER LINE

Importance: Normal

Hi James,

Attached is the signed Right-of-way Permit Application for the sewer connection work only. Please submit a second Right-of-way application for connecting the hydrant to the City water main.

In addition, I noticed the trench width is greater than 4-ft which will required the following backfill compaction requirements to be meet within the City right-of-way. They are as follows:

· Roadway Section – 1”- 0 or ¾” – 0, crushed rock compacted to 95% (AASTHTO T-180)

· Native Ground – Native Backfill compact to 90% (AASTHTO T-180)

Please contact the City 24 hours in advance when ready for inspection prior to backfill.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Cline, P.E.
