Hi James,

I believe the City will need to sign off on the original before the easement is recorded.

Attached please find the easement that you have previously reviewed. This copy has your requested change to add 5th Street on Exhibit B. The document is signed by Larry R Lemmons, President, notarized, and I believe is now ready for recording. Once recorded, I will provide a copy to the City (to your attention). Please let me know if you have any comments / questions by Thursday 7/30/15. If I don't hear anything from you by then, we will proceed with recording the document.

Thanks Jennifer.

Subject: RE: Follow up on revised Waterline Easement Legal Description / Easement Map - Exhibit B

Hi James,

There was one additional change requested to the Exhibit B map, see attached. The legal description text references “5th Street” in the 2nd paragraph, which also shall be labeled in the map. Once the change has been made, the documents will be ready to record.

The City will sign off on the easement documents once they are ready to be recorded. The City does not record the easement, this will have to be taken to Clackamas County for recording after we have signed off. Once the easement has been recorded at the Clackamas County, final documents must be provided to the City for permanent record. I cannot answer on the County’s time frame to record easements. I believe, easements must go through a review process with County Surveyor.
