Good morning Jennifer. I hope things are going well for you. I just spoke with Bob Merchant, Molalla Op. Supervisor, and he said that he spoke with you earlier today about our new entrance at 300 Shaver Ave. It is ready for inspection. Bob has been working on site in Molalla but not in the vicinity of the entrance. He thought perhaps you stopped by and he missed you. If you stop by and you can’t readily locate Bob, could you send me an email letting me know that you inspected / approved the entrance? I saw the entrance when I was down there earlier in the week and it looked great.
Separately, for you and Nicolas, things are coming together nicely at the site. We believe Rotschy will begin work on the hydrant & sewer line next week, moving in equipment and materials on Monday. They expect that to take 7 or 8 days to complete those jobs. We will then complete the asphalting of the site over the hydrant line. Things seem to be going well on our project. I wanted to plant a seed with you and Nicolas that we will be getting ready to fire up in a few weeks and wanted to make sure we are on track with everything, with regard to the City, in anticipation of starting up our operations. We definitely want to avoid any issues that could impact our start up plans. This is looking to be a banner year for bark and firing up the new Molalla Division is critical to our success in the region.
