This area behind their fence is not owned by the City. The homeowners associations for Lexington Estates needs to hire landscapers to clean up their natural drainage areas. Clackamas County Corrections has already cleared the detention basins that we own.
Please do not clear this property, I will follow up with the home owner to contact her homeowners association.

Subject: Overgrown Blackberries
Hello,
Received a call from Angela Hammond at 716 Eric Drive who said blackberry bushes from city property behind her are growing over her fence. Said this is an annual call she gives us to come trim those back and asks that we come out to do that. Her phone number if needed is 971-235-0707.
Thanks!
