Please provide the grinding in a separate change order.
The grinders removed the following:
Heintz St. – within the project limits shown on Sheets C10-C12, assuming the scale is 1” = 40’
· 2”- 6’ wide at edge of roadway
· 3” – Varies 24-25’ center of roadway
· Center St intersection – 2” grind (needs to be measured)
Grange Ave. – within the project limits shown on Sheets C8-C10, assuming the scale is 1” = 60’
· 2”- 6’ wide at edge of roadway
· 3” – Varies 30-31’wide center of roadway
Let me know what EE comes up with.

I need to prepare a change order for some of the items that was done without a contract unit price, I need a list of those items that was agreed on by the City to include in one change order.

We have had several dig-outs on this project for subgrade stabilization as you are aware. I would like to verify Barbs notes/spreadsheet to confirm measurement areas for payment. I’m assuming the measurements were also done for the few dig-outs on Grange and Heintz as well by Walter?
