Hi Hassan, Do you have a suggested fair cost for the work? They used 3” minus or ¾” minus for the backfill, plus the cost of 1 operator, 1 laborer and 2-3 trucks with drivers including haul each day (they were hauling to Canby). The geotextile should be paid under the agreed cost Curtis gave us awhile back.

My only question is that we went from 50 cy to 811.4 cy. This exceeds the original bid cost significantly. Does the city have the right to request a credit due the 94% increase in quantity.

We have had several dig-outs on this project for subgrade stabilization as you are aware. I would like to verify Barbs notes/spreadsheet to confirm measurement areas for payment. I’m assuming the measurements were also done for the few dig-outs on Grange and Heintz as well by Walter?
