Good morning and welcome back from your time off. I wanted to let you know that I was in Molalla on Friday. You were not in so I dropped off the original, signed, notarized waterline easement to Nicolas. he said he would catch up to you this morning. Please let me know when it is executed by the City. As I understand, we have 14 days to record once it is signed. Will the City record the document, or will Pacific Fibre need to record? If we need to record, please call me when it’s ready and I will come down, pick it up and get it recorded. Please advise if there is anything else I need to know.
