Attached are the current schedule and the plan set. (I had to delete the pages of the plan set that had standard drawings in order to get the file small enough to send via email.) Hi Nicole,
The City had noticed the contractor doing some work on OR 213, which I assume is the start of the Paving project from Mulino to Blackman’s Corner. I have a couple of requests for you if you are the correct contact.
· Can I get a copy of the plan set
· Can I also get a copy of the contractors schedule, we are looking to place two water services in a single trench across OR213 for the properties at Stutz Auto Body Shop, 31459 OR-213, Molalla & Sawyers Truck Repair, 31361 OR-213 Molalla. The trench will cross at the property line between the two. My main concern is that we get this work done prior to your paving schedule and coordinate with the contractors traffic control.
