Attachments: image001.jpg; image003.png; image004.jpg; I did confirm ODOT was not submitting an application for that section of highway #95. I wish I would have started a week earlier. I could have done that one for the county since Vick Road and the other intersections are such an impact to the City. Let me know if you will be working on Vick Road for the Hot Spot phase. If not, I will put one in as long as the county will agree to pay the shared cost (7.78%) if selected. Jennifer Cline, P.E. I’m hoping that the hot spot timeframe will be better. I also will be curious to know what ODOT submitted. I know that the Molalla area highway corridors were being considered. I just don’t know what will get submitted. I need to get myself caught up with the timelines for the hotspot submittals – so there should be another shot as some of the intersections in your area. We’ll have to sort out the funding component. I would hope that ODOT will pay for the work on their highways! Let me know if you have any questions. This application took longer than expected. Geez, what do small City’s do if no one has a transportation background?? Luckily I’ve done a few transportation jobs in the last few years. I’m certainly bumbed I ran out of time, but maybe I can look at intersections for the HOTSPOT application if the County is willing to pick up the shared 7.78% cost? I don’t think we can allocate funds outside the City limits. Let me know, Jennifer Cline, P.E. City of Molalla Public Works Director O: 503.759.0218 F: 503.829.3676
