I just want them to make sure whether there is or is not impacts on the property. There also may be wetland along Bear Creek that possibly could be impacted by the proposed drainage outfall. This is also noted in our comments.

I forgot to mention on the phone call regarding building permits and the potential wetland on the property. I think Jen has this in her civil comments but I wanted to make sure you were aware, it’s not formally shown on the latest wetland inventory because that inventory is from 2001 or so, but just visually its clear there is a wetland of some kind there on the eastern side of the property, and in order to fill that in you will need to go through DSL.
