Hi Ted, Thank you for the information.
I’m guessing your biennium begins July 1, 2015? The City would be interested in working with you in the next biennium regarding existing Main St. ADA ramps that have not been or planned to be reconstructed in the FY 2015/16.

Jennifer,
Checked into this with our region 2 manager. They used maintenance ADA funds that we receive once per biennium.
Region 1 receives only 44k every two years to address ADA issues - we have spent our allocation this year but will receive a new allocation next year to prioritize for the region.
Thx Tm.

Hi Larry,
I recently met with the former City of Silverton, Public Works Director. In conversations he mentioned the City of Silverton was able to obtain grant funds to replace ADA ramps on their in City state route system through a ODOT District/Sidewalk ADA Ramp Improvements Grant. Is this grant still available? If so, is there funding available for the work?
Thank you,
Jennifer Cline, P.E.
