Hi Jennifer,
January 6th is the latest that we could advertise (assuming a 3 week advertisement) and still issue the Intent to Award by February 3, 2016, which I understand to be the critical date for the City. Our previous timeline has us issuing Final Plans by October 30, 2015, however, there are some design changes that we are making (storm alignment, etc.) that will likely require a few more weeks. If you concur we would propose to submit the final plans to the City in mid to late October, which still allows plenty of float time before advertising. Thanks!
