Hi Mitch,
The fire department will be out on site either this afternoon or Thursday to flow test the existing line.
As for the approval needed from the Oregon Health Authority, is only in reference to the Phase 2 extension. The following link gives instructions for obtaining the approval.
From what the plan shows, there is an easement for the first section of Phase 2 up until the bend, however after the bend the remaining 250 feet (approx..) does not have an easement.
One other note on the plans, a service line is missing from the existing Phase 1, please include on the plans.

The Easements are in place now for the entire run. I’ll check on the other things; I have no idea how I’m supposed to get the approval; we didn’t do it when the City installed the existing line in 2007. Thanks.
