We do not have a replacement auto dialer yet.
We are pursuing two possible solution 1) a direct replacement for what you have and 2) any dialer that is available TODAY that could be installed as a stop gap alarm notification tool.
John will keep you posted.
Thanks
Troy

Good morning troy
We had another alarm last night with no alarm. Have turned it off. I assume we with not have a dialer today being Friday. And we have a three day weekend. Please let me know ASAP so I can make arrangements to have the plant covered for the weekend. Keith

Keith
We are assuming the dialer is broken and trying to locate a replacement.
I suppose the fact it called you when there are no alarms present is a good indicator that it IS broker?
Perhaps you should just unplug it?

Can you give us the model # of the dialer so we can print the manual for it?
Thanks

Oh – yes – about the failed dialer.
That is on the list for tomorrow.
I would be surprised if it just lost its programming but we will look at.

OK Thanks
I like ultra-conic but would have chosen a Siemens Hydro Ranger 200 and XPS 15 transducer.
They are pretty solid and we install probably 10 or 15 a year.
A drop in sensor in a clearwell is still pretty standard too. There is no need to empty the clearwell, just suspend them from a cable pipe.
Anyway, we will be out there tomorrow afternoon.
You have no alarms where?

The Banner was installed to ease maintenance next time. Don't need to drain wet well to change or repair. By the way I still do not have any alarms?

Hi Jennifer
We were not able to get anyone to the WTP today to attempt to adjust the Banner Level sensor installed two months ago.
We have some signal filters being shipped 2nd day. Those should be here next Tuesday. When they arrive either John or I will go out to the WTP to install one and see what we can do with the settings on this unit to eliminate the unwanted signal fluctuations.
In the meantime, I have marked how I would set the selector switches up on this unit and scanned that document in and attached it. (see red marks on pages 2 and 3). This assume the device is intended to produce a 4-20mA signal.
Can I ask what this unit replaced and why? Was it a Miltronics Level sensor? Why was the banner unit installed?
Thank you,
Troy B. Collison
