Importance: Normal
If he wants out maybe he should be proactive and market his property as industrial. Instead of blaming people who are not responsible and then expecting them to fix his mess. Now that’s how to make things happen!!! lol

Are we harassing them? I personally haven’t had one conversation with this person regarding his or her property, only complaints regarding adjacent landowners.

Then why does every realtor tell us they cannot get anything for it because it non conforming and you can say no to whatever you do not want here. Not all answers! Everybody wants sewer through here for forstall and whatever else.So why doesn’t someone take the initiative to come to us and make a deal to get us out instead of harrasing us? Every thing is the same bs if not worse from when potter was here.

The City of Molalla does not control the sale of your private property. Nor does the City have an impact or control regarding the amount you set as a sale price. Whatever someone here told you previously may have been incorrect if you believe that to be true. I did answer your questions. The City of Molalla does not have a project in this vicinity. Someone else may be preparing for a project but it is not the City of Molalla and Highway 213 is not a city street or under our jurisdiction. Since it is not our project we will not be aware of the precise project until an application is submitted. Beyond that there is no information available.

First, the City of Molalla is not undertaking a project in this vicinity for any utility or street improvement. The markings on the street probably came from a One Call request by either a property owner, utility or ODOT. Anyone can contact the One Call system and request that utilities mark locations of their utilities. That is precisely why you may have witnessed a city truck in the area. The project could be anything from a tree removal, building a fence or potential utility extensions by a private property owner. If the City is not commencing on a project we would not actually know what the project is or why a one call was requested until an actual application has been submitted.
We do not have a utility application or work request and there is no pending application with the City of Molalla.
Finally, the e-mails you are sending need to be altered in tone and accusatory language or you will not receive further responses.

The only answer we have at this point is that the street marking was completed by Kerr Construction who is an ODOT contractor. We know that they are not complete with the paving job at this point.
