Just wanted to verify that this email was received by Kerr and the equipment staging issues have been addressed with the crew. Should no longer be an issue.
We did not know construction staging was not allowed in this area and it will not be a repeat issue.

Hi Mike,
Yesterday we noticed Kerr is staging several pieces of equipment within the City limits on Industrial Way, just off Toliver Rd. While the equipment on the private property is permitted with the owner’s consent, the equipment (rollers) parked on Industrial Way is not. In addition, there are posted signs limiting parking to 3 hours. Will you please pass the message along to Kerr contractors?
Please note, construction staging is not permitted with in the City ROW without the proper construction permit or under contract with the City of Molalla.
