As long as the easement is 7.5’ on either side of the centerline of pipe we are good.

You do realize that the northbound portion of the line is not centered as installed, and that we would work to center the new portion before it reaches the turn to the west, which will be centered entirely. You are correct, we very busy. Hence the late email.
Attached you will find both the Engineer’s and City comments. Majority of the these comments are for plan clarity. Please make adjustments as noted. You will see I have removed the comments to extend the water line to Molalla Forrest Road at this time. However, with any future road development, the extension will be a condition of approval in planning.
