Also, All Biosolids letters were mailed on Friday. I have all the hand delivered letters signed as well and in the mailbox. I would like the letters hand delivered to the homes that do not appear to be threatening or have no trespassing signs posted. Otherwise you can tape the letters to their gates or if all else fails to the mail box. I would hesitate to place the letter in the mailbox because that can also be considered trespassing and a federal crime. We have a City account at Bi-mart if you need zip lock bags and tape to hang the bags. Looks like it may rain this Friday.
