Hi Diana,

I would prefer to have the carpet installers move the furniture. We will be short on our crew in March due to losing an employee to retirement at the end of the month. I'm also unsure when another employee with be returning from FMLA. If you absolutely need the crew to move the furniture overtime will have to come into play, if possible I would request to be paid by the library. Unfortunately we have had some unforeseen circumstances come up with FTE's lately.

Let me know what direction you would like to go.

I'm getting bids for moving the library furniture and fixtures in March.

Would it be easier on your crew if I had them bid the whole job instead of just the weekend? I have companies coming next week to look things over so if you could let me know what is best for you by Monday, I would greatly appreciate it!
